Best and Worst Sanitary Napkins: My Personal Review

For me, Niine, Nua, Plush, and Azah gave the best overall experience. They felt softer, lighter, and safer for long use.
Whisper, Stayfree, and Sofy disappointed me because they caused discomfort, sweat, or skin irritation.
Every woman has a different body and flow type, so experiences may differ. Still, if you struggle with rash or discomfort during periods, softer modern sanitary pads may help a lot.
